It costs about $25 a DAY to feed one rescue draft and monthly cost is roughly $1000 per draft...not including operating expenses.

Each draft rescue effort costs about $5000. Despite increased awareness, nearly 20,000 U.S. horses are still shipped to slaughter every year.

Training

It costs roughly $4000 for a draft to finish equine therapy training. Thousands more are spent on training the humans.

Therapy

The average cost of an equine therapy session is $125 and as much as $300 for adaptive services.
